Educational Tracks
Nonprofit Basics: An intro to the nonprofit world for those new to the sector or looking to start a nonprofit or social enterprise. Presented by Governance Matters, Leader to Leader Institute, Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York, Support Center for Nonprofit Management and YNPN (Young Nonprofit Professionals Network).
Fundraising: An overview of fundraising strategies and resources, including Fundraising 101, Grant Seeking Basics and Reality Grantmaking. Presented by the AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals), Cause Effective, Foundation Center and NYCharities.org.
Social Entrepreneurship: Learn about the process of using entrepreneurial and business skills to create innovative approaches to social problems. Presented by Council of Community Services of NYS, Echoing Green, The National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and NYU Stern Berkley Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.
Technology: Explore how technology can empower your organization or idea. IT topics will cover Nonprofit Technology, Communicating Technology Needs and Technology Resources. Presented by ePhilanthropy Foundation, NPower NY,and N-TEN.

Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall will feature a variety of organizations that serve emerging nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs. All of these groups provide services and products specifically geared towards the needs of nonprofits and professionals new to the sector. Organizations will exhibit from 8:00AM – 3:30PM.
Community Lounge
The Community Lounge is designed as a place for conference attendees to connect in a casual environment. The Lounge features a Nonprofit Bulletin Board, Green Event Information and Career Counseling and Ask the Experts opportunities.

Networking Reception
Immediately following Nonprofit Boot Camp, all graduates are invited to the Networking Reception. The Reception will connect Boot Camp graduates with fellow attendees, exhibitors, partners and sponsors, as well as more than 100 nonprofit, political, business and community leaders. Guests will be treated to complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, as well as outstanding entertainment from leading arts nonprofits.
